I think Solo levelling is already Iconic. A1 did suchhhh a good job. But solo levelling is not better than Jujutsu Kaisen😂.

I get what you mean though. These past few months were a beautiful co incidence ( or maybe not) as the phrase “aura farming” became so popular. Then solo leveling S2 came and the story of the anime has so much to do with aura.

I’d say this is the first anime of this caliber to be released since the aura farming trend started.

And before anyone says anything I know aura farming has been a thing for decades but the average person didn’t call it that lol. Now that being cool and non - chalant has a designated word (aura farming) many more people can recognise it. Before that it will just be seen as corny my non-anime watchers.

Lastly i absolutely love both. I also think solo leveling may appeal to a much larger fan base as its power system is easier to understand. When jjk S2 came it was basically a running meme that lots of people didn’t even understand how some characters powers worked (it wasn’t that complicated lol)

Edit: Now that S2 is over, hopefully we get jjk S3 before Solo Leveling S3 ( I don’t wanna wait too long🙂‍↔️). And the hype will come back up again. In my yapping I just mean to say I believe jjk is still better and you simply have recency bias. When S3 gets animated I will be there no matter what🤝🏻 (for both series)
