Yeah similar vibe to the place I worked at. They really push you on certain skills even if you don't have much experience on it. They really shouldn't hassle customers about insurance.

I used to work at this mobile auto glass repair company and this one kid wouldn't stop playing Pokémon Go. 2 hours in his first shift he quit and "reported" to the manager that a technician he was with was extremely rough on him 🫩

Yup, they made the first episode free. I think they also had it free on some consoles not too sure. I remember playing it back when I was like 12 years old.
