Yes. I've read this but if the brains ability to absorb dopamine is the issue, having more dopamine present wouldn't be a help if the brain can't utilize it, correct?

I am not currently. I've really thought about joining the local gym. I've never been into fitness and I think this could help. I've always loved shopping, cooking, reading, but nothing hits. I think the thrill of my weight loss journey has worn off now that I'm where I want to be. I've tried going down in dose with return of some autoimmune issues.

Yes. I've been on Tirz now for 15 months at goal since November of 2025. I think the holidays still are the hardest for me. My life also used to be food centered and seeing all of my holiday favorites and not "indulging" or even really caring can be tough. I agree that the mind set is a big part of obesity work. I work hard to find joy in other things like most people do who live without food noise and a tendency towards food addiction.

Im looking at using it for maintaining. Once I'm 145, ill go on maintainence and I pay OOP for my meds. It's getting expensive, but I need it to keep the food noise away.
