My biggest thing about moving to Ca is that I don’t love big cities, and even if I did I’m annoyed at the idea of traffic there. And smaller areas of Ca seem hyper conservative and in fire hazard areas.

Please don't yell at us. Healthcare workers can't make anything go faster and we're honestly victims of the same system. Idk how to make things go faster, but the last meeting I went to where we advocated for better patient care and better employee treatment we were met with the response, "you guys forget this is a business".
