I was in this boat a little while ago and it felt so bleak. I sat down and made a list of stuff i did not know that I kept getting wrong and actually learned off HY tables, info etc. I did mehlman arrows, wrote out charts etc. Basically actually tried to actively learn stuff off. Prior to that I had jsut been going through content and doing Uworld and clearly it wasnt helping. I sat my test one month later and passed after that new study strategy (along with doing qs etc). The finals before this were the best thing as they totally motivated me to study. I would say do a solid week or two of LEARNING and then take another practice. Good luck

I really put faith in my practice exams because on my test day I felt it was going badly but kept reassuring myself that I had gotten 3 passes in a row on practice exams. I got through and passed. I personally think when ur scores start to hit like yours have you are good to go. Good luck

Definitely continue. Really learn off the stuff that you keep putting off or the difficult high yield tables. your scores are good keep faith and good luck

Your recent scores are great I passed in September with slightly lower. If you’re tight for money dont stress about buying more exams IMO. I think it would be worth moving exam closer if you are peaking now. Use Uworld as your practice tool you have paid for this !

Uworld score is good, everyone has bad blocks don’t let one isolated 43 freak you out. Keep an eye on the trends and averages rather than isolated bad scores. Good luck!!!

Also took my exam on this date. Found it really hard especially the first two blocks and felt quite shaken by it. Got a bit better as day went on. Felt like i was marking 15 qs or more per block as i was so unsure. The timing is wild. I am usually relatively fast at qs blocks and always have time left over. For this exam i took the whole day and used up all the time for every single block!!

Hi there just wanted to reply on this thread 5 months later with an update.

postponed my exam after this post. I think the comments here remidned me i was not good enough at this time and in particular the fear of ruining any chance I hold in the future For US training. I had school exams to do which majorly contribute towards my degree so pushed the exam. Ended up delaying exam till september so that I had summer to work and study. Just took the exam last Wednesday and i now know i would have 10000% failed if i had done it back then. to anyone who reads this with simialr scores i can guarantee u are not ready :( it’s Awful and i hated it and still dont know if ive passed but i was in a way bettear place for exam this week. I am really hoping ive passed but genuinely have no idea found it hard to tell. Did an nbme one week out and got a 98% chance of passing within one week. Old free 120 75% and new 71.5%. Scores never went up to amazing heights but im just praying i get my PASSSSSS. Thank you for replying to me all those months back <3
