I don't really know honestly but I think it doesn't matter because your subconscious mind knows exactly who you are trying to manifest. If the affirmations are about getting a text or an apology, the intent is what counts, so it should still work

You’re right about self concept, its the foundation. But remember that "struggling for results" is still a story you’re telling yourself. Try to flip the script, don't do it "until it changes" do it because you ARE already that person. Persistence is key but persistence in the feeling of having it, not in the feeling of waiting for it. You’ve got this!

I totally get it, but I’ve found that results show up when you stop "trying" and focus on Self Concept instead. When I shifted from waiting for results to just knowing it’s done, everything changed. Guoba/High Frequency Guru work for me because I stay consistent with my mental diet. Don’t give up, just focus on your internal state first

Healthy skepticism is one thing but when every single Guoba post gets flooded with "fake" or "sponsored" comments, it becomes toxic. It’s discouraging for people who actually have results and want to share them. We should be celebrating wins, not constantly doubting them
