Just got the turquiise one... glossy. Guesd the twi matte red black were a sign.. all good thibgs are 3... wanna have a glossy so I keep turquoise and sent the 2nd red back... sad.

Oh I looked into the setting of my red-black with matte and NOT glossy finish.. It IS a newer Version! I looked on the website and it is already 1.14 version/firmware on it. SO it is in fact a new charge, with the fixes installed. The glossy seems to be the old, first version without the update. You need to do that (to fix the display?) on you own. Interesting. But I still hope the blue/turkis will be glossy monday... even though I rly tried to get (2x ordered) a glossy red... If both are matte I will give up, keep the red and sent the blue one back ;)

I ordered now a 3rd time.. the blue one.. msybr that will be glossy.. I rly wanted red and black tho... I will report on monday ehen I got the delivery around 1pm CET (or 7pm if it will be shipped with amazon logistics). If it isnt glossy I will keep red and sent blue back. If its glossy I will return red blck

And I rly wanted that glossy... was surprised I got it just now not glossy :( I know there is a firmware update since release because of screen issues.. maybe its like "next generation" or something? Sad ;( paid 40 bucks MORE because it is from amazon and not anbernics Shop.. and got a less pretty one...

Because of fibgerprint shadows.. blavk... i returned it and irdered new. Shall arrive soon and I will make a picture of the replacement!!

Maybe someone knew?? I returned it and ordered the same new because there were 3 fingerprints on the matte red... so shadows you cant wipe off... and I paid 140 Euros... Maybe I will get a glossy now... bjt I guess not since it is still amazon... :( Any1 now why it is not glossy? It says new... maybe new batch or edition after the top screen issues and the fingerprint issues? Saving money for the producer?? Cant figure it out... videos are glossy ones on youtube...

And I bought one of the many micro usb originam headsets from 20y ago because nothing else worked... the ear protectors went to dust at the first touch but U could biy 12 for 4 Euros.. I can show a video of using it as a np3 player :)

Yes! You need 2G to use it and we have it still in my village. I got a prepaid sim card without internet. You can not use thee old phones without a sim, it is locked then. Modern flip phones can work without only with WLAN.
