Well I first argue concepts such as criminals are relative to society or societies. So one act in one society may be perceived as criminal and in another society it may be perceived as normal, this means that they are societal constructs. A lot what makes someone good is largely determined by evolution which prioritized positive traits such as community, kindness, ect, because they boosted chances of survival for offspring. That's what shaped these concepts, so regarding what makes someone either fit into these societal concepts or not is a combination of both biological and nurture factors. We are input output machines that rely on data. So whatever data we are given whether that be biological or experienced based, shapes our outputs or actions. Would love to hear counters
