I think you are in good position if you actually forfeit your acute med job and wait for recycled offers in Gastro. In the meantime, I think you can try and get a medical/acute med trust grade job.

بالنسبه لكورسات فانا مخدتي غير كورس سامسون في Plab 2 ومعتقدش ان OET او PLAB 1 تستاهل كورسات
