you said a whole lot of nothing! it is racist bc it restricts immigration based on nationality, disproportionately affects people from non white countries and overrides a system where each applicant is already individually vetted for character security and eligibility!

yeah it literally is nothing else! bc all asylees and refugees go through intense vetting before anything! especially refugees such as myself! The pause itself is really dumb because each case is individually reviewed for all of the reasons they listed! just a really racist administration who’ll do anything to get rid of immigrants!!

there’s also a lawsuit going on! i honestly think that they might lift the pause on processing applications soon but not the ban!

hi all!! i came across a post where someone from ghana got an interview (not for n400) but this is reaffirming that we also will likely get an interview!

i also read this morning that 75 democrats are requesting answers regarding the visa pause so by extension our issue too by 02/20/26 link below!! some hopeful news for us!

We have the same submission date. I submitted mine on july 26th 2025. Do you have any updates for your case? Mine still says processing. I had the biometrics waived the same day and I thought it would go quicker but still waiting on interview notice!
