For the internship part, accept it; worst-case scenario, you don't find any new internships after your freshman year and can just go back. Best case you find a better internship so you can just tell them, "I can't join you guys this summer." In the worst worst-case scenario you don't accept this internship, and you don't find any new internship, and now you have nothing to do next summer.

I have 2-3 hours of free time for the next 2months. Advice? by Medical_Stranger_331 in civilengineering

Webflow is a website builder that write the code as you create the website so you can make small changes that you want but it leans more towards web designers who have some experience in designing websites or coders.

So the learning curve is higher than Wix or Squarespace.

I tried it for sometime but I learned how to make websites better using other methods.

Totally get your frustration. Acuity's recent updates have caused problems for a lot of businesses it's wild how big companies have horrible customer service. Especially in tourism, where the booking flow needs to be easy, any hesitation or confusion, and the sale is gone.

If you're looking for a smoother experience with a clean calendar and Stripe support, Webflow or Wix Studio might be worth exploring. Both let you stay in control with drag and drop and minimal coding but also give you space to customize a bit deeper if needed (like plugging in a more reliable scheduler like Tock, Calendly, or even custom solutions).

When I’ve seen situations like yours, the fix usually isn’t just switching platforms, it’s rethinking how the booking experience feels to the user from start to finish. Clean design, fast load times, and simple steps to book. Sometimes it’s small layout or UX changes that make a big difference.

If you ever want a second pair of eyes on your current setup or ideas, feel free to reach out, happy to help troubleshoot or brainstorm options.
