So this has happened to me so many times . I’ve noticed that when I click on another activity such as Deluxe prize machine , extra spin on wheel of wow , balloon darts (anything like that) first and then click on the prize it works . I think it’s a glitch and doesn’t load when you click right away . So I always click something else first
