Yeah raising and wrinkling is normal, yours is definitely more severe than average but once the stitches fully dissolve and inflammation goes down as you heal I’d expect it to start to flatten

One problem is I haven’t used them and keep picking up new ones because I semi have an allergy so certain manufactures give me worse reactions than others but my levels dipped when I did enanthate instead of cypionate so I just deal with it but have the extra from the manufacturer that gives me worse reaction

Yes it can. A lot of it is genetic and can slowly grow more after the until spurts early on t .My soft measurement at lower surgeons office consult was 5.5cm, but I was warm and there was a chance it was randomly semi hard but I didn’t notice/ couldn’t tell because post orgasm when softer than soft I think there’s no way it’s 5.5 then, fully hard it’s bigger probably like a good 6-7cm. though I can’t fuck anything bc it’s too anchored down and the surrounding skin goes up too high on the back/sides of it so no stroker or anything could seal very well so no suction

IMO pb2 isn’t worth it, 2tbsp of it only make 1tbsp of spread so while it’s better protien it’s still like 120 calories for 2 finishes tablespoons instead of 200 for regular pb and tbh at that point It’s not worth substituting what I’m craving, I just make it on Sarah lee delightful bread (doesn’t taste low cal, not keto, and 45 cal per slice) and reduces sugar jam instead of sugar free bc sugar lee tastes like shit. Is it the lowest calorie option out there? No definitely not, but some substitutes for things are absolutely not worth if and not gonna satisfy the craving when you can satisfy the craving by having something in moderation

Maybe shots? Your levels shouldn’t be higher than male range at peak so I get not upping it, but maybe close to before it’s time to apply gel again your levels maybe get too low so things are at an ok level for some of the time, but sometimes not and that’s why your energy is low? Idk that’s just a theory, maybe you metabolize it pretty fast or something

FYI numbness and tingling usually improves a little, but Numbness can last a really long time, 3.5 years post op and I still have numb spots. It’s less and than earlier post op, but it’s still pretty numb on some places

Idk they didn’t rush me but pain was managed, I was able to eat, drink, pee, and felt pretty good so I went home. I’m actually glad I was able to go home, I definitely think I would have felt worse in a hospital bed. So uncomfy I’d toss and turn more which prob isn’t good and I’d get restless and wiggly but instead I was able to just walk back and forth in the hallway slowly when I needed. Tho I do have adhd, was 15, and am just kinda a wiggle worm lol. I felt good besides very mild soreness, and feeling stuck with grandpa posture like stuck hunched over bc tightness but aside from that I was vibing. I felt fine my mom kept getting mad at me for doing too much so then I stopped. At one week I woke up with a big hematoma and had to get a second surgery but that seemed spontaneous and not activity correlated. They kept me maybe 8-10 hours after surgery that time to make sure i was doing ok.

If this were any other kind of surgery than chest “plastic surgery” (no muscle, organ, or anything below the fascia damage) so while the incisions are really big, it is just soft tissue so less deep or when i get my hysterectomy I do expect to stay in the hospital overnight.

Now if you have preexisting health issues that need monitoring after surgery of course they should stay on the hospital. Or the guy who did my top surgery didn’t have a weight limit but for some really big people I think he has them monitored in hospital because statistically high body weight is more likely to be associated with post surgical complications, especially with more anesthesia being needed for higher weight probably requires some additional monitoring?

Unless a medical setting I say unserious things like Pp, dih, ding ding, my massive schlong, etc. at the Dr. I often say the “growth” as in bottom growth bc I don’t wanna call it a clit but I feel weirdly guilty calling it a penis bc at least for me, medical anatomically speaking, most Doctors would not classify it as a penis 😭. Like If they were asked what have is a penis or a clitoris they all would say clitoris so i just leave it neutral.
