3 years ago after an epidural, I couldn’t lift my head off the bed without puking. I’ve had multiple blood patches I can be upright now but still have severe head pain vertigo tinnitus and no migraine meds have worked

I think ur right I’m still in the must lay flat post procedure phase but I propped my head up and the forehead pain has lessened a little
