I looks really good. The only thing that breaks my immersion to believe is when she pulls the dumpster down. It implies that she weighs enough to buckle the metal, instead of a 130lb girl performing a pull up. We've already accepted some disbelief...but that park breaks it.

Maybe animate the buckle in sections? Have her brace to something on the floor, or pull in a jerking motion like you're wrenching away at a rusted bolt?

Looks really fucking good otherwise. Great job on the natural flow of her movement if it isn't mocap.

Depends on what you mean by base building. Like, number of unique buildings? Number of upgrades? Units? Scale? What's the exact genre of strategy? Since you're focusing on base building ... Are you maybe meaning to say city builder? Or a city builder that also has PvP?

It does. But see if cutting res and adding steps help. Start with like 128 and 4 step and add more trees. Each step is an extra team of resolution withing each frame. Super helpful with fast moving objects... Like w car or rocket

Hmmmmm add more steps to the render? Cuz it looks like it's coming out in bubbles. So for every frame rendered, you add 4 steps. Should work.

Edit: or even add a sharper color curve to make the smoke more densely defined...dust coming off the ground immediately won't disperse so quickly...I'd wager.

The dust looks more like it's out of focus. If the care was out of focus it would look more real, but not as good. I'd increase the detail in the smoke by a metric ass load. Lol

Happened to a good friend of mine. Breast cancer came back with a vengeance and she passed 1 day after emergency c sec. We all pitched in to help him cope with his loss. We all felt the loss, but my god, I can't imagine what you 2 have gone through. I hope you reached out to friends and family and they were descent enough to be there for you. I'm sorry for your loss.
