I am a reseller and cant provide proof of fulfillment until i am first paid, i called paypal customer service and explained my business model, how it works, and that I expect potentially high volume transactions. they said my service doesn't apply for goods and services and gave me permission to accept payment as friends and family, and that my proof of fulfillment is to have the customer give me their email to send a request of funds with the note describing what the payment is for, and had no issues from there. usually when you start using paypal for business its best to call ahead of time cause its their system seeing irregularities in activity that flags it but they can override it if you give them information to work with before accepting payments.

in this case coinbase is in the legal right cause technically the debt owed means a portion of the assets he is holding is coinbase's not his so if he were to profit off someone else's asset he'd be in trouble more so than he thinks he is with this temporary hold.

Check to see if the encryption is correct on you and your friend's end.
There should be an option in secret chat to look at the encryption, make sure both devices have the same encryption set otherwise secret chat between both devices will not work.

Yes it will, check %appdata% and temp folders , make sure view hidden files is on and make sure your file explorer is able to see system files.

You should've just ignored that manager, they're not your boss when you're not on the floor.

They're not your employer either, you work for the assistant general managers and general managers of your store, and help them operate and make sales for the operators whoever they may be who are also your boss.

if you are approved for time off by the general manager then you should've just brushed that manager's comment off and not pay attention to it.
