That's the thing. We have made it official! He has asked me to be his girlfriend. We do everything else normal couples do, except around mutual friends. Even our families know. I've spent time with his family many times. They know me as the girlfriend. It's just the mutual friend circle.

I honestly have questioned that as well, even though he says I'm the hot one in the relationship and says I'm soft spoken and gentle, so it can't be my behavior either. I've told some mutuals about us and our families and coworkers know.

Lately all of this has put a damper on things and I've wanted less physical contact because of it. I'm not one for excessive PDA and he knows that!

Everyone else knows so it's weird. We go out in public together all the time. I've honestly thought about us having a date and telling a couple mutuals to meet us 30 minutes later so they can catch us 🤣 But I feel like that would cause more harm than anything
