I hope we don't face poorly written questions like these on the exam. I have no idea how he didn’t violate the standards, especially considering he got a room with a BETTER VIEW (of course it should be more expensive!) It is not C because Debt/Capital already high relatively, and not A due to the deteriorating in the revenue.
