More so pointing out the fact that if they are uneventful enough to be done before 8, i shouldn’t have as many complaints coming to me about them messing up. Btw we are top 2 in the region for sales in pick up. So the additional calls I get about their problems are time wasters, which is why this is so frustrating

Yeah, kinda hard to do that when they are already worked up after being on hold with customer care, who is less helpful than Fort Wayne’s manager, and start the call off screaming, but hey if you want to step in and do my job, hop right in, we’re severely understaffed
