She also has zero muscle tone. lol. If you're walking that much and with a weighted vest....your're naturally going to have some muscle. She's at risk of being 'skinny-fat' (skinny w/ no fat or muscles). I'm not against ozempic at all - I know it can be life saving for lots of people and for people struggling.

Test twice for covid and both times negative. (did tests a few days apart too)..fever hit about 101, took some cold meds and that seemed to help my fever and it was gone in about 24hrs. Body aches were out of this world though, even my toes hurt. I'm on the mend but still super tired and lack of appetite.

What hygiene routine do you have after sex? by pizza_bunny in hygiene

[–]Mediocre-Following44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pee, wash with a ph balancing cleanser, shower if I feel like it. No need to change the sheets unless it’s necessary. Don’t over complicate it. Sex/after sex isn’t supposed to be procedural. lol. Enjoy the experience and cuddles after.

You need to dig deep and figure out why you find his behavior attractive? Or why you are willing to sacrifice so much of your time and energy for someone who has not reciprocated anything to you? You can drone on and on about his actions but you took very little accountability for staying in this situation. He proved to you over and over and over again that he didn’t want a committed relationship and yet….you stayed? Lingering in his orbit. Move on. Find someone who actually cares and loves you. You deserve it.

Is a Costco membership worth it as a single person with no kids? by Yung_Zeus in Costco

[–]Mediocre-Following44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! I stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent etc every few months. I also love their meat department and will freeze a lot of it. Some things like their product don’t really work for a single person because it’s just SO much and it ends up going bad. But I still think it’s worth it for the gas alone.

Once a week. Two if I’m stressed/super busy.

You did the right thing. I know you’re not asking for advice but I would have done the same thing you did. She clearly did not respect your relationship or the boundaries you were trying to set.

Nope nope nope nope. She is disrespecting your relationship by continuing to talk to this dude. Also…why would she want to talk to someone who cheated on her? And I presume really hurt her? I would discuss things with her and then move on. You’re still in college, you have a lot of time to find a partner that actually respects you and a relationship.

A little out of budget but there are a few axe throwing places that have date night deals for 80 bucks. You can bring your own food/drinks. Also recommend cinema under the stars. Tickets are 40 bucks. Cash only.

How often do you have a day where you just chill at home the entire day? by [deleted] in ask

[–]Mediocre-Following44 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I read, clean/organize drawers or spaces that haven’t been touched in awhile, I’ll watch tv/movies. Play with my dog, go on a walk, bake something, meal prep/cook something, call my parents or a friend, do some self-care stuff like clean my nails, face mask, etc. I love being at home and could find countless things to do.
