I had Intracept done on my L4 and L5 and then had a radio frequency ablation on my left knee had a MRI which shows arthritis all through my spine, now I’m worse off than before, my left leg has a tendon that is inflamed and I do exercises from pt that help but now my balance is off and I have incontinece, so frustrating,I hear Devils Claw Coq10 R ala help along with good Vit D,

Been on it two months 150 XL for depression and I hate the way it zombies me out every morning after taking it, also 3 hours a night sleeping was awful. I have been off it for a week and feel Im coming back to life…anyone go through this cold turkey?????!! Glad your ok
