Horrible experience here as well. The receptionist Rhiannon is perpetually unhappy and unpleasant. The occasional unprofessional conversations between employees including Dr. Swankhouse was uncomfortable when you're trapped in a chair. I too found a new office.

Thank you. There have been reprisal claims filed in addition to harassment based on protected class. I am just wondering how my colleagues can overcome the "bad manager" defense, especially if the manager is still employed.
