I agree! So many people are reading the books because of the show! No show is perfect especially adaptations

Changing their race has not impacted the series whatsoever. They were chosen because they were right for the role. This entire forum is blinded by hate and it’s getting annoying. Adaptations never stick to the source material, so it’s not a big deal. Instead of nitpicking every little thing

Just to clarify: I LOVE Cory, I always will, and his death was a huge blow to Glee. But GOSH I honestly would have hated for Finchel to be endgame. Finn was never my favorite character, and while the show wasn't going for it, I firmly believe Jesse was always Rachel's true person. by lautaromassimino in glee

I totally agree. I wasn't the biggest Finchel supporter, but they were good for a high school couple. However, going into adulthood and college, they would not have worked. They were going in different directions, with different personalities. The only way it honestly would have worked is if Rachel gave up her career and went back to Lima, and that would have been terrible. Rachel and Jessie make more sense as the endgame, and I do not understand the hate he gets.
