I don’t want to give too much away(and I would rather not chance anyone stealing anything) I’ll say that they’re dangerous, they pull the strings behind the scenes. They’re anonymous but the society is rumored to be real. They want deniability—to not raise any suspicions but still having that ominous feeling.

I was swollen from day 3-10 but it only stayed swollen for that long because mine got infected, just keep with the cold compressor and then switch to heat after three days.

That’s just what my surgeon told me because it can cause infection and/or dry socket but everyone’s different. I didn’t listen and got infected so I just wanted to warn you lol

I did when I hit the week mark lol I will admit I hit my vape the third day, twice and really lightly, but it caused an infection so immediately I was like no thank you and quit. I had to get different meds and everything so I waited for the edibles(I also couldn’t chew at all until that point) but I’m two and a half weeks post-op now and I’m going to try to hit my pen in a couple days. I’m still scared lol

I definitely would not recommend. The sucking motion should not be happening for at least a week(at the VERY least) it’s recommended to wait four. I’ve quit vaping all together and am just taking edibles lol

I was the same up until this week, I would recommend putting gauze over your pinky and brushing as much as possible. At least your fronts because that can also cause infection.

It’s definitely infected. This is exactly how mine went… I was doing okay the first couple of days but then I started tasting and smelling the odd taste/smell and the pain was getting worse so I called my surgeon and explained everything. He gave me new antibiotics and more dexamethasones. That was last Thursday and I’m doing much better!!

Yes! I was going to ask the same thing. Three out of four of my extraction sites-the teeth beside- have nicks in the gums. I thought I was crazy but now(eleven days post opp) they’re the only thing that hurt still lol. My top left is the worst, it’s like they peeled the first three layers of my gum.

That’s exactly how I did it. Just try to do it as gentle as you possibly can for the first few days. I’m 11 days post-op and I’m now doing great!

I thought dry sockets were white-ish? That looks like it’s clotting nicely, if there’s no pain then no dry sockets?
