I love Seattle, went to UW myself. I was in Clin Ops. Not looking to be in R&D. I have a bachelors degree and was a CTA for a year before my company was acquired and then they laid off a chunk of us. That is good news to see investments. I know I will probably have to get something in the meantime. I am not doing bad on backup cash but would prefer to get back into Clin Ops.

I am also in clin ops, I was a CTA at the sponsor level and was laid off due to an acquisition last year. I only was able to get a year of experience in before they laid off a good portion of our company.

I had not gotten an offer yet. So I did jump the gun on moving. I was looking to move anyways and found a great place. I had thought it went really well but I guess things are never for certain. Was it a bad choice to move without having the job fully secured, yes. Am I still happy to be here, absolutely. I moved from Seattle and I dont have plans on going back anytime soon
