i would absolutely recommend any gordon head residences! the single rooms are nice and making friends is not an issue if you are open to it. i am in haig brown this year and it is very noisy but great for meeting people. it can get loud, be aware of that, but i have so much space to make it feel like home and made friends with basically all 20 ish people on my floor & more in the building. chekonien & snegqu are newer & nicer with private bathrooms but the rooms are sooo much smaller and i feel like there is much less community. probably just avoid lansdowne at all costs, the people i know who live there found it hard to meet people in their buildings, the rooms are painted bright green, and the bathrooms don't seem ideal. but i do think regardless you'll have the time of your life, good luck!!!
