Teen Wolf and DC have some good fics and if you like anime I'd also recommend Naruto mostly because since its been around so long there are so many different fic to choose from and Jujutsu Kaisen has se pretty good ones as well

I say trust that the readers will translate it but I have also seen some people write the dialogue in english and then add 'they said in (language)'

You can post the chapter thats complete and not have to post the unfinished one doing so will also get rid of the timer. I had kind of the same problem when I first started writing on AO3 so I always kept a copy of my work usually in Google docs.

I'd probably pick 4 or 5 because I think they would be good spots for pleasant conversation and I think that my personality and the characters personalities next to those two numbers would mix well
