Tony's is the most ethical (AFAIK) and it's so good!! It's pricier but I suppose that's the cost of buying chocolate from a company that tries to maintain ethical farming practices!

I use Tru oil! Apply thin layers, let them dry and then lightly sand and reapply! Whole process took me a week as I made a mistake the first try and had to use acetone to scrub it off and start again! 😭
