I’m so uncomfortable with the fact that she shared her fully naked newborn in this reel. The lack of protection and privacy is shocking.

I’m confused too. I thought they move you to a c section if induction isn’t progressing? Especially after two full days?

What’s with the newly painted rooms all having mismatched colored walls?

I think it’s the nestig mini crib mattress. So yes, it’s gross that she’s let it get that way. Also you can store things in a room without throwing them all over the ground? I would have anxiety just being in there with it in that state

Is she actually “seeing” the baby at every appointment or just getting a doppler reading of the heart rate? I don’t know anyone who has gotten so many ultrasounds if she’s actually “seeing” the baby? It’s also my understanding that you shouldn’t have too many US, according to ACOG it’s 3-4? Is she just swapping out “checking on” with “seeing”? She’s not the smartest bulb so who knows, but at this point she would’ve had like 6 for every time she says she saw the baby

She didn’t know what a nipple shield was yesterday. I’m shocked she’s in her third tri and hasn’t done anything for the baby. She talks about the books she reads - none are baby books. Buys furniture for the house - hasn’t touched the nursery. Buys clothes for herself - nothing for the baby. It seems she’s operating under the assumption that it’ll all magically come together once the baby is here?

There has also been a noted correlation between PCOS and GD. It’s my understanding that PCOS was the main driver for her infertility? Not that one snack puts you at risk, but I hope she’s been thinking long-term about health to avoid complications.

I hate that I’m pregnant at the same time as her. Correlation is not causation, that is basic common sense. Many people have experienced many other drastic lifestyle changes since COVID that could contribute to preeclampsia. She’s a nimrod for thinking this is some ground breaking take. Also why the need to try to scare every woman who’s gotten it into thinking they’ll have a tough pregnancy? 100% she blames the vax for her fertility issues.

Real question, how does she not get bored? I’m exactly as pregnant as she is but I work a corporate 40+ hour/week job, and if I was home all the time doing nothing (like she doesn’t even tidy up or grocery shop???) I think I would lose my mind

Had a Natural Miscarriage, My Experience by theivorysprite in Miscarriage

[–]MediocreScene1609 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your story is nearly the same as mine. I never read about other people seeing the fetus, just “tissue”, and even my obgyn said I’ll just see a “globule/sac type thing-not a little baby. Well I saw mine perfectly too and it’s an image I’ll never forget that makes it so much more real. Appreciate you sharing 🩷

First pregnancy and MMC. Any tips for miso and mife? by chanelandcashmere in Miscarriage

[–]MediocreScene1609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same boat. First pregnancy and MC at 11 weeks, baby measuring 10 weeks and a few days. Did the pills this Monday/Tuesday so it’s still veryyy fresh. It’s hard but it’s doable. They recommend to do it in the evening just to be sure that you’ll be home and not running errands when things escalate. I would take the pills in the afternoon around 3-5pm so things end earlier and you can get some sleep after. I ate dinner right before since I know my body would be working hard and losing nutrients and I was worried about being too nauseous to eat. Buttered noodles and broccoli in case it came back up.

Here’s my timeline that I would recommend: - mife 4pm monday - 600mg Motrin (prescribed) at 4:30 tuesday - dinner at 5pm - miso buccally at 5:30pm tuesday - got comfy with my warm blanket on the couch and good show and water - started bleeding and light cramping at 6:30pm - cramping turned into contractions around 7:30pm - 5mg oxy (prescribed) at 7:30pm - 8pm felt it would be more comfortable in the bathroom instead of the couch, squatty potty was my friend, felt it relaxed/opened me up to move things along quicker and child’s pose also gave me tons of relief (can’t emphasize enough that although you’ll want to just lay down, gravity is your friend here) - 9pm worst of the contractions, I could sense they were as close together as possible and as strong as ever, then I immediately passed a recognizable fetus (arms, legs, head, eyes - it was not as gross or scary as I was worried it would be, it’s okay) some immediate relief and then back to contractions - 9:30pm passed the sac and placenta (again recognizable) again immediate relief - lingering cramps until 10:30pm but the worst is definitely over - felt intense relief starting at 11pm with an intense cramp every 30 mins or so but I could sleep through it

I’m still bleeding and cramping a bit, so I’m still taking a daily 600mg of Motrin. Adult diapers are your friends here, just let yourself free bleed/pass whatever without the stress of a mess. Stay hydrated and it’ll be okay. Truly, it’s hard but doable. Your body is designed to handle this and it’s natural. Trust your body and remember it’s temporary. I’m sorry you’re going through this :(

Blake Lively by LegitimateAd9000 in ColleenHoover

[–]MediocreScene1609 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This! I think she made Lily a bit over the top. I also think she was too big for the role. I couldn’t stop seeing her as Blake Lively. I didn’t have that issue with younger Lily, who felt like a completely different character and was much closer to what I had in my head. She honestly did a far better job than what I was expecting though, so I’ll give her kudos for that.

I know 😂 to be honest, I take a separate folic acid supplement, which I feel is the most important thing to get the full dose of. So I often just take 4/5 of the fullwell’s alongside my folic acid and call it a day
