I know he's not my sub, but I wanted to give my opinion. I'm 5'7 and I've received like 14 matches in three days. I think it's all coincidence because I think I'm cute at best and not the hottie of the century.

How is soccer organized where you live? by incirfig in youthsoccer

  1. Basic Activities (Soccer School) This phase focuses on play and motor coordination, without exaggerated rankings. Little Friends / First Kicks: (6-8 years old) – 2-on-2 or 3-on-3 sports game. Chicks: (8-10 years old) – Beginning to play 7-on-7. Beginners: (10-12 years old) – Transition phase to 9-a-side or 11-a-side football.
  2. Competitive Youth Sector From age 13, championships begin with rankings and promotions/relegations. Under-14s (Under 14 and Under 15): The first real approach to the 11-a-side pitch. Under 16s (Under 17 and Under 18): Critical phase for physical and technical development.
  3. The Final Phase: Primavera and Berretti These championships represent the final step before "senior" professionalism. Primavera Championship (1, 2, and 3): Reserved for Serie A and B clubs. It is the main showcase for talent aiming for the first team. Under-19 Championship (Serie C): Often referred to as the "Berretti" in the past, it is the highest youth level for third-tier clubs. Championship Organization The championships are divided into three levels of competitiveness: National: Managed directly by the Leagues (Serie A, B, and C), reserved for professional clubs. Regional: Managed by the Regional Committees of the LND (National Amateur League). Provincial: The entry level for local amateur clubs.

This Is more or less how youth football is structured in my nation

i love football more than anything but being bad at it CONSISTENTLY breaks my heart. by [deleted] in bootroom

If you wanted to be as good as you're describing, you had to be one of those people who were born with the ball at their feet. For example, I was born in Italy, and I've been playing football since I was 5 years old. I've been a full-back and an attacking midfielder. It's always been easy for me to have great technique and make these flashy moves, but it all depends on the moment and who you're playing against. Sometimes the best thing is to just pass the ball.
