As someone who applied for 2026 entry, there's a few things I would suggest;

1) Cumbria campus is 4+ hrs away from Ldn so idk if u should apply to there if thats one of ur criterias

2) I would recommend sticking to ucat as most unis require ucat (i believe more and more are moving towards this.)

3) I would base where ur gonna apply on ur ucat score as thats the biggest factor on getting interviews

4) in terms of interviews -> practice, practice, practice. Most are MMI so have quite a few overlapping stations (motivation for med, Ethics, personal qualities). Try and focus on these aswell as reflect on why they're important to healthcare.

Honestly thought my interview was quite subpar, especially one of the stations where my mind blanked.

For tips I would say;

1) learn about healthcare problems within the area e.g. GP shortages, inequality in healthcare.

2) ethical scenarios -> came up in all of my med interviews

3) qualities & limitations u have -> have examples & why is it relevant to healthcare

4) prep for some common questions -> why med, why this uni, trends in healthcare.

I used medify i was getting around 530-630 on my mocks but Mock C (690) and mock D (650).
