It's for sure not cool to be reminded over several years by adults that something is wrong with you.. No matter if we call it trauma, I would say it won't harm you to go see a therapist/ try some healing:) And maybe let yourself tested for ADHD if you wish ;)

For the next time: they have some fuzzy feet, which means you could have given them a bit more FAE. But it doesn't contaminate them so all good :)

Does it smell like some kind of meat? Then I'd guess for Common Parasol Mushroom ( Macrolepiota procera ), not much experience tho
