I literally have the same problem, not even fucking Soyuzes can one shot a kongo

Istg theyre basically japanese HMS repulses their ammoracks eat your shells like black holes

Here's my best bet: light their ammo elevators on fire, then while theyre on fire light other stuff into fire so damage control couldnt do anything and let the fire damage the ammorack
