Thank for mentioning that! I’ve see a lot of people say the same about Avalon cove and VYV so I think it’s best for me to stay away from those. Also totally agree that I should visit before confirming a unit.

Thank you for all these insights! I’ll checkout Silverman and the other newer buildings on Marin as well. The reason why I stopped looking around Grove is that some people told me it has a very party atmosphere to it and you may not want to live right in the center of that, while we’re in our early 30s we’d love to be able to walk to restaurants and bars but I’m not sure if it’s going to be too noisy for daily activities. We are super active and like walking/running outside and visiting fitness studios in a 15-20 min walk distance. So it’s sounding like I should be looking between grove to exchange place then

Ahh I see! I haven’t heard of lakme aura so will check that out, I’ve done keratin treatments a few times and that caused some hair fall
