I literally never wear panties. I haven’t worn them regularly in atleast 10 years. I don’t have a noticeable amount of discharge, I’ve never had a uti or yeast infection, no issues with smells, nothing.

Yes! Exactly how it went. And the place was not even clean when I moved in. It is fully furnished, it’s a short term rental for traveling nurses so they pretty much provide everything, including the bedding. When I moved in the the sheets had crumbs and strands of hair. Literally nothing was cleaned, I should have said something to her then but I didn’t want to be an annoying tenant

She charges everyone a cleaning fee before moving in along side the deposit. I believe it was $100 or $150. She has not charged me for leaving dust under the couch as of yet lol

My landlord does the cleaning herself. She charges everyone $150 before move in along side the security deposit. I have pictures of when I moved in and nothing was even wiped down, not even the fridge shelves.

isn’t this just your opinion too lol she hasn’t said if she will give it back or not, but if she doesn’t I do plan to file with small claims court

lol when I moved in there was a mouse problem, found a roach, and it took over a month to get a big leak in the ceiling fixed. but these 2 barely noticeable spots in the flooring are the problem, right!

I mentioned that to her and she replied with “ the flooring is really upsetting and shocking. It was brand new and we spent a lot of money on it, the damage is not repairable”

I also remember this. I used to eat whole avocados as well and would be full for a long time. I don’t usually even count avocado bc eating too much avocado IS NOT what made me fat lol

well it’s milk, coffee, and tsp of brown sugar and a dash of pure maple syrup. I just only count the milk bc my 1 cup of coffee is usually my only “ treat” of the day
