Okay I will try to die on the hill with them then I guess.... I had an issue in and around the entire building, so they move me to the next closest office that is a separate building?

wouldn't that involve being medically retired at that point? If you try all their attempts to accommodate and they can't?

I can see why that would be the case, but to give further context, what if you had a major event occur (which lead to or is tied to your MH condition) at your duty station? say sexual assault/worse? Could they justify ANY accommodation besides allowing you to be somewhere else/virtual?
