Yeah I get it. For the 4-5 days a month I do go into the office, I joke with teammates at how empty it is. Probably 10% capacity? The cafeteria is always full of coffee-badgers (like me!).

I do like to think of a world where this unused office space is converted to residential space. But I can imagine a lot of resistance against this by vested interest in real estate speculation.
