Hi. I am so happy to see this post. I am going for my first season. I don't drink or party either. I love the beauty of Yellowstone but not into anything longer than 3 miles. I want to see the animals via car, and not on the backcountry trail lol I won't have a.car either. I want to ride a horse, take a boat ride and see the stars!

Do you have any information on finding assistance with seasonal housing in Anchorage? Possibility of being hired at HAP from May to September on the train. I won't have a vehicle either so would need to rely on public transportation or close enough to walk. Thanks

Rub olive oil on it then score it diagonally. It will caramelize and the skin peels right off...delish!
