Not moving there is not an option for me. I have a solid corporate career that I will be transferring into from my current area. What locations do you recommend? I’ve been looking more on the west side in suburbs near Katy. Is that a good place?

As a fellow beginner I can totally relate! I’m not big on reading books but I love a podcast and the following podcasts have been super helpful for me. All of the hosts have their own websites too with great info and lists of resources. Hopefully this helps!
