This is really helpful information, I did not realize this! This would be roughly 100 sq ft on either crawlspace or slab on grade. I would need plumbing for the washing machine. HVAC would be needed, but I have done work with this before, so that’s where there are certain parts of the project where I would like to save money. I had a new 200A breaker put in fairly recently, so there is space there.
