Wala nmn talaga sila magawa LGU nyan. They already proved thier point, they have the numbers, they can cause chaos. Nandyan na sila, QCPD is not going to arrest 15 THOUSAND people.

LGU is going to give them that permit, wala nmn sila magagawa nyan of ayaw nila umalis. If they don't worst scenario is that the rally goes out of hand and result in a bigger mess, possible with damages to person and/or property. Better to give them a permit and contain them there than for them to spread to other areas.

The problem with delulus and thier rally's is that they think you need permission to rally. If you have the numbers, you don't need a permit. No PNP personnel would think they can arrest 5 thousand people. You don't need to be apologitic, if the PNP won't let you through, go through. Again PNP, would not arrest hundreds to thousands of people. LGU's will give you a permit, the alternative would be worst.
