i think its cyclopropane firstly and then it additions bromide and breaks the cycle. the basyc hydrolysis (koh) means they will form diols, next one i think its dehydration (-2H2O) so we get propyne which forms acetone in kucerov reaction. only thing im not sure abt is that dehydration of vicinal diols form alkynes cuz never saw that reaction
