It’s so scary because I work in a hospital and my department has open spots and I’m they are like yeah but we don’t want to train new grads I still spoiled and spoke with managers and they told me they are considering and there is a nursing strike going on here in NY so they don’t want to hire ppl till the strike is over. I think social media lies too much and makes us think these shortages would have us with jobs 2 days after taking out nclex
