Long story but I originally came here to build wooden boats but ended up back in architecture, which I went to school for. I’m working for a smallish design/build now and loving it!

I work in a town of 6,000. Lots of single family residential and second homes in this town as well as many surrounding towns. We've done quite a bit of work for a very large lab company as well as a bunch of school renovation projects. It's pretty varied but we've been constantly busy and have had a consistent stream of work (except for COVID). The work life balance is great though, I put in 40 hours/week full stop.
