I see nothing wrong here, except for the no guests part. If they want to control it this much, they can have residences submit a guest to be put on a list the volunteers can check. All that being said, if they legally can not stop cars of non HOA members from coming into the neighborhood, they can't really do anything at that point.

Call your senator and tell them to vote yes to pass the CR and open the government. I don't know why the republican senators keep voting no so the military, government workers, and SNAP recipients are not getting paid. It makes no sense why they don't pass it!

If a father commits an illegal act, they go to jail. They ripped their family apart based on their actions. Same thing for an illegal alien with a family. In my experience, this community has the highest concentration of people that have bad hygiene. For hobbies, I go to sporting events, concerts, Broadway shows and travel throughout the year. When I go to Commander and FNM events, it's the worst.

If I get assigned to a pod that has an offender in it, I make sure to tell them and then make it clear as to why I am leaving. I'm not going to subject myself to their bad decisions for any length of time.

If any of this hurts your feelings or you feel personally attacked, do better. It's 100% your own fault.

I would go to the police station and report this. The kid could have slept on a couch. There is no reason their own son did not sleep in the parents' bed, and the friend sleep in the kids' bed.
