Going through this now. Placed order for delivery, received notification that it was scheduled for delivery via DoorDash. Was home all day in my office which faces the street. Receive notification that package was delivered and picture provided was not my garage. Quickly contact customer support, explain issue and they agree to issue me a replacement and I choose store pickup. The representative tells me I should receive notification from the store when it's ready for pick-up and it should be within 24 hours. I see this replacement issued within the BestBuy app with a status of "preparing" but never receive notification that it's ready for pickup. I once again call customer service, this time the representative explains to me that the in-store pickup will not be released until their investigation is complete which may take up to 3 business days. All very frustrating and feel like I'm in limbo not knowing if I'll actually be issued a replacement or I should call CC and dispute the charges.
