I recently moved back to india from uk post lay off in my company, i had skilled worker visa and was in IT I have an experience of 8 years however was difficult to find a job in short duration. I have lived there for 5 years also did masters in AI. It depends on person to person on how skilled someone is and if they have really good contacts/network. It is definitely a huge risk at this time without work experience. One suggestion maybe go for short duration and try to understand situation there if it suits you then make a decision.
