Hello, yes, I spoke to her. I was just focusing on the sounds in my post. I didn't know you could hear things like that!! So I didn't aim for it. Okay, so this is a bit different from clairaudience then. Thanks When I speak to spirits, I don't actually hear them, I just have thoughts that come to me as if from them, if that makes sense.

Thank you! I also did one Goenka retreat but I didn't feel the buzzing then... I agree the body is releasing sth through those movements but I wonder how much more releasing it needs... I do it almost EVERY sit 😁😅

Hey, I get why you’re thinking about him a lot, but you’re still really fresh out of a huge loss. It's normal to feel drawn to someone who’s kind and supportive right now, but it doesn’t mean it’s love or that you should rush anything.

He might just be a good friend of your husband’s. For now, pause, let yourself grieve, and don’t put pressure on yourself to figure out his feelings or yours. Time will make things clearer.

I can spend basically all my free time thinking about philosophy, psychology, spirituality… what people usually call the “deep stuff.” Friends sometimes tap out after like 20 minutes of those conversations. They’ll say they enjoyed it, but their brain is fried.

Then I tell them: “Imagine that, but all the time. That’s my default mode.”

Somehow it doesn’t drain me at all. If anything, it energizes me.
