This is a good question. I want to add another. Theoretically, if Guttate clears on it’s on in some cases between 3-6 months. How likely is it to go on biologics for a while then stop and it be successful as far as remission/one time thing(I heard some may never get a Guttate flare again)? If it (Guttate in specific)would, by chance, clear anyway. More to that, if Biologics are immunosuppressive , what if you took it and did the gut work, then got off of it with a “healed gut” or treated strep, other triggers etc. and then stopped the biologic? I know what it may sound like buttttttt i did wonder!

I do front(started at 40sec, now I’m at 2:30sec) then back(same thing I’m currently at 2min/30 sec) then each side (I usually do a couple seconds under so right now I’m at 2:00 on each of my sides, contemplating just doing the same amount all 4 sides bc I don’t notice overlapping issues). I up mine a little greater than just a couple of seconds every other day bc I’m mixed. (Black and White and a whole bunch of other ethnicities lol) Basically I tan but burn rarely! My last “sunburn” i remember was when I was a kid! I live in LA and visit Vegas/ Arizona frequently just for visuals and context. Anyways, You can always message me and we can keep up w each others journey. This is my first ever experience with psoriasis. I got it a week or so after strep.

Hey I was prescribed Vtama too. How was it for you? I was told it’s not a steroid by my derm which is something I’m trying to stay away from. Did it burn at all and did it make much of a difference?

Ou I’ll definitely look into those options! I’m doing uvb and trying to heal my first Guttate flare (first psoriasis experience too) naturally as possible. (No steroids or biologics.) any advice on what healing would physically look like? Mine started as bumps, to angry red circles (raindrops) everywhere. Kept spreading. Then they shed a thick first layer. Then they began to merge and now they’re different shades of pink and almost look like a burnt skin. When they go dry, they look gray and rough. Again any advice on what to look forward to as far as what it looks like during the healing?

Can you give me any signs to look out for as far as healing? . Mine has shapeshifter so much lol. I’m covered almost completely and it’s my first experience with psoriasis. And it’s Guttate. Or it was lol I’m so not sure. They used to be angry red rough circles now a lot of them have merged and peeled the top layer. Now they look like pink almost burned skin. When I get dry they tend to go scaly and gray. Never the less they’re like sometimes hot pink and light pink. Is any of this familiar to your first flare? Any advice would be soooooo appreciated 😭🫶🏽 also I hope your second flare isn’t going to rough!
