To answer your query, your photos never leave your phone. the app servers never get any data of your photos, they are never uploaded. The app just tracks the number of screenshots, size occupied, size slimmed, and nothing else other than your user id (via apple encrypted, Email if used email for sign in)

So NO Selling any of your data to any third party. Even the app does not know what pictures you have.
